Head of Search

We’re currently looking for a Head of Search to join our agency.

Working as part of the wider agency team, the role involves overseeing our clients’ digital strategies with a particular focus on PPC, SEO and conversion rate optimisation. We pride ourselves on being ahead of the game when it comes to digital marketing. You will be expected to keep up to date on industry trends and come forward with ideas for new technologies and techniques we could use to improve the effectiveness of our clients’ marketing activities.

Reporting is also a key element, as well as interpreting those reports and providing recommendations. Currently, the team is working from home due to the pandemic, so you will need to be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.

Knowledge and Experience

You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of:

  • Google Ads (including Search, Display and Shopping)
  • Microsoft Advertising
  • Google Analytics
  • SEO
  • Google My Business
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Data Studio (or similar)
  • Website CMS platforms

Knowledge of paid social media marketing would also be beneficial.
You will also have an understanding of marketing performance data and have the ability to present this to clients.

Experience required: 3+ years’ experience in Search marketing. In particular, agency experience would be beneficial.

Graphic Designer


The role involves working with the rest of the team to deliver marketing communications for both digital and traditional campaigns, including:

  • Website graphics
  • Email marketing
  • Direct mail
  • Press adverts
  • Digital display
  • Facebook ads
  • Digital newsletters
  • Point of sale
  • Banners/pop ups
  • And much more!

Knowledge and Experience

You will be able to demonstrate creativity, strong layout skills and accuracy. The ideal graphic designer will have:

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Digital experience designing for web and email
  • An understanding of both digital and print technical processes
  • Can follow direction and adhere to corporate brand guidelines
  • Creative flair and an ability to think outside of the box
  • Ability to multi-task and remain level-headed in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written English
