Account Executive

Salary: DOE

Job Information

This role involves being a key point of contact for clients, so requires an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills. In short you need to be a people person. The ability to organise your workload and stay calm under pressure are both an absolute must.

The role is a varied one, and will include:

  • Managing day to day client enquiries
  • Interpreting client requirements
  • Writing briefs for the rest of the team
  • Reporting and activity logging
  • Upselling additional services where appropriate.

Personal Qualities

The ideal person for this role will be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Exceptional computer literacy
  • A genuine interest in marketing, keeping up to date with industry trends

Experience required: 1+ year’s experience in an office environment in a client facing role.

Digital Marketing Assistant

Salary: DOE

Job Information

The role mainly involves working in the digital marketing team carrying out tasks such as:

  • Updating client websites using content management systems
  • Social media management
  • Pay per click advertising
  • Social media advertising
  • Email marketing
  • Copy writing

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. Basic HTML knowledge would be beneficial, but the most important thing is an ability to pick up new skills quickly and a high level of computer literacy.

The ideal person for this role will be able to demonstrate the following qualities:

  • Proven organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure when deadlines dictate it
  • A genuine interest in marketing, keeping up to date with industry trends

Graphic Designer

Salary: DOE

Job Information

The role involves working with the rest of the team to deliver marketing communications for both digital and traditional campaigns, including:

  • Website graphics
  • Email marketing
  • Direct mail
  • Press adverts
  • Digital display
  • Facebook ads
  • Digital newsletters
  • Point of sale
  • Banners/pop ups
  • And much more!

Personal Qualities

You will be able to demonstrate creativity, strong layout skills and accuracy. The ideal Graphic Designer will have:

  • A relevant qualification
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Digital experience designing for web and email
  • An understanding of both digital and print technical processes
  • Can follow direction and adhere to corporate brand guidelines
  • Creative flair and an ability to think outside of the box
  • Ability to multi-task and remain level-headed in fast paced environment
  • Excellent written English
