Social media is a hugely important tool for any business in today’s digital world.

Social media marketing is simple. Much like Google Adwords, you create ads which are displayed to users, and then you pay a small fee every time someone clicks. Unlike Adwords though, the ads display to individuals using the social media platform in question, for example, Facebook.

The benefit of social media marketing is that it is considerably cheaper per click than Adwords. Additionally, because the platform knows personal details about its users, you can target individuals based on their age, gender, location and even their interests!
